Competency-based assessments
A competency is more than just knowledge or skills. It involves the ability to meet complex demands by drawing on skills and attitude in a particular context. Competency-based learning focuses on whether the learner can apply the acquired skills and concepts in real-life situations and solve challenges in present and future.
ASISTENCIA Educational Services Pvt Ltd strongly DOES NOT believe in burdening the students with external assessments. Rather, we aspire to assist the schools in incorporating the essence of competency-based assessments within the scope of regular summative assessments of the school. ASISTENCIA develops competency-based assessments in four subject domains across the grades 3 – 10.

The assessment items are customized to align with the respective board’s curriculum (CBSE or ICSE). A robust quality assurance system ensures the high standard of the assessments.
ASISTENCIA also takes the ownership of collecting the student performance data from the respective schools, then cleaning the data, performing statistical data analysis and, in the end, generating the student performance report and the class performance report for the participating schools.
