Led by the founder with nearly two decades of experience in educational assessment, curriculum design, and research, Asistencia brings global perspectives and best practices to address the evolving needs of Indian education.

Our Founder
Mr. Bikramjit Sen
Mr. Bikramjit Sen
Mr. Sen is the Founder and Managing Director of the organization. He has been working in the domain of student learning assessments and teacher training since 2008. He is an ex-employee of the prestigious Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) for 12 years.
He carries an extensive knowledge of modern assessments for schools, having been a part of the test development team for OECD Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA 2025), Curriculum Aligned Competency Based Test Items (CBSE), Development of National Education Assessment Framework for Bhutan.
In addition, Mr. Sen also has a decade-long background of being a seasoned teacher trainer, having facilitated national-level workshops like Capacity Development on Robust Learning Assessment by UNICEF India, Uganda Certificate of Lower Secondary Education, etc.
Mr. Sen holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Calcutta.
Mr. Anirvan Sen
Mr. Anirvan Sen
Mr. Sen is the Technical Advisor of the organization who supervises and guides the team in designing the strategic objectives, services portfolio and business development plans. He is an experienced Lead Auditor with a demonstrated history of working in the public food safety industry of European countries. His illustrious career spans across leading multi-national auditing organizations like BSI, DNV GL, Bureau Veritas and Kerry Foods. He has a strong desire of assisting the Indian schools in transitioning from curriculum-driven learning to competency-based learning.
Mr. Sen holds a postgraduate degree in Food Production Management from the University of Nottingham.
Our Team Member
Ms. Asmita Saha
Ms. Asmita Saha
Ms. Saha is working as a Subject Matter Expert (English) in the organization. She leads the English team and co-manages the teacher training programs and assessment services.
She has worked with Azim Premji Foundation as a Resource Person, leading teacher training and contributing to curriculum development initiatives. Prior to her experience with Azim Premji Foundation, she has worked with Teach for India in different government initiatives. She holds a postgraduate degree in English from Presidency University, where she was actively engaged in research. At Teach for India, she has actively worked with children from under resourced communities across cities to strengthen learning and have designed projects focused on project-based learning and foundational literacy and numeracy.
Her areas of interest include project-based learning, disability studies, design research and building awareness around foundational literacy and numeracy.
Ms. Poulami Chatterjee
Ms. Poulami Chatterjee
Ms. Chatterjee is working as a Subject Matter Expert (Social Science) in the organization. She leads the Social Science team and co-manages the teacher training programs and assessment services.
Accomplished Geography Teacher with 14 years of experience in CBSE and ICSE schools, dedicated to fostering student engagement and enhancing learning through innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies. She has extensive experience in education and academic leadership. She served as the Head of the Geography Department at DAV Model School for several years, where she led teacher training programs and contributed significantly to curriculum development initiatives. She has also worked as a Senior Geography Teacher at Orchids International School and A.G. Church School. She holds a postgraduate degree in Geography from DAV College, Kanpur, where she was actively involved in research. Additionally, she holds a B.Ed. degree and has qualified the CTET and STET examinations.
She is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences that promote critical thinking and a deeper understanding of the world around us.
Ms. Aditi Malviya
Ms. Aditi Malviya
Ms. Malviya is working as a consultant Subject Matter Expert (Mathematics) in the organization. She leads the Math team and spearheads the teacher training programs and assessment services. She is a numeracy and assessment specialist with over eight years of experience in competency-based education, large-scale learning assessments, and mathematics content development. She has worked with the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER), contributing to the design and implementation of assessment frameworks, cognitive instruments, and learning progressions. Through ACER-led projects, she has collaborated with national and international clients including UNICEF, the Delhi Board of School Education, and NESA Rwanda, supporting curriculum-aligned assessment systems, including the establishment of DBSE based on the International Baccalaureate framework. Her work focuses on research-informed, learner-centered mathematics instruction aligned with NEP 2020.
Ms. Debleena Ghosh
Ms. Debleena Ghosh
Ms. Ghosh is working as a Subject Matter Expert (Science) in the organization.
She is a PhD research fellow at the Occupational Health and Ergonomics Laboratory, Dept. of Physiology, University of Calcutta and a former lecturer at the Department of Physiology, Kishore Bharati Bhagini Nivedita College, Behala, West Bengal. With over three years of teaching experience at Graduation and Post- graduation level. Her work portfolio includes: Enhancing human well-being and productivity through ergonomic design and occupational health assessment. Her current research integrates postural analysis, stress assessment, and gender-sensitive interventions in competitive shooting to prevent fatigue and injuries.
She has a keen interest in competency-based learning and implementation of project-based learning in classroom environment, as prescribed by the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.
Ms. Rini Shaw
Ms. Rini Shaw
Ms. Shaw serves as an Admin & Accounts Executive at Asistencia Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. She is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and accounting functions and also provides support during recruitment activities when required. She is a B.com (Hons.) graduate from Jogamaya Devi College, affiliated with University of Calcutta. With experience working in several corporate organizations in Kolkata, she has developed strong skills in administration and office management. Her professional experience and attention to detail help her effectively support the organization’s administrative and financial operations.

Ms. Chanda is working as a Test Developer (English) in the organization. She is actively involved in the assessment services and also contributes to the teacher training programs. She holds a Post Graduate degree in English from the West Bengal State University along with a B.Ed. degree from Osmania University. She has experience of two years as a primary teacher in international schools. She has a keen interest in competency-based learning and implementation of project-based learning in classroom environment, as prescribed by the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.

He has a Post Graduate degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Calcutta (Rajabazar Science College). He has a keen interest in competency-based learning and implementation of project-based learning in classroom environment, as prescribed by the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.

Ms. Dutta is working as a Test Developer (Mathematics) in the organization. She actively contributes to assessment development services and teacher training programs. She holds a Postgraduate degree in Statistics from the University of Calcutta. With a strong academic background and a passion for innovative pedagogy, she has a keen interest in competency-based learning and the implementation of project-based learning in classroom environments, in alignment with the recommendations of the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.
Ms. Aditi Ghosh

Ms. Ghosh is working as a Test Developer (Science) in the organization. She is actively involved in assessment development, contributes to the design of competency-based learning resources for Physics and Chemistry, and also participates in teacher training programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Kalyani and a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from West Bengal State University. She has a keen interest in competency-based education, innovative assessment practices, and the effective implementation of experiential and project-based learning approaches in the classroom, in alignment with the vision of the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.
Ms. Aisharjya Roy

Ms. Roy is working as a Test Developer (Science) in the organization. She is actively involved in assessment development and contributes to the design of competency-based learning resources for subject biology and chemistry. She holds a Master’s degree in Physiology from the University of Calcutta. She has worked as a research scholar under RUSA 2.0 scheme from University of Calcutta (Raja bazar Science College). She has a keen interest in competency-based education, innovative assessment practices, and the effective implementation of experiential and project-based learning approaches in the classroom, in alignment with the vision of the National Curriculum Framework for School Education (NCFSE) 2023.
Mr. Uttam Naskar
Mr. Uttam Naskar
Mr. Naskar serves as an Admin Assistant at Asistencia Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. He is responsible for managing daily activities and also assists the Managing Director and Admin. He holds a degree of B. A in History from Calcutta University and M. A from Rabindra Bharati University along with B.Ed. from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Education.
